Sunset: A Pivot of Serenity!

                Sunset: A Pivot of Serenity!

"Sunsets are the proof that endings can be beautiful too"🤗

If there's one thing in today's ever-changing world that will always be concrete: it's that the sun will rise and set every single day.

With each sunrise, a new day begins and each sunset holds the promise of a new tomorrow. Sunrises are wonderful parts of nature, but sunsets specifically hold a special place in my heart.

I never truly appreciated a sunset until I got close to my social media handles. I noticed people's always posting pictures of sunsets over the social platforms like Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter, Snap-Chat etc., so I decided to take a night and dedicate it to watching the sunset on the alone place through the horizon. After experiencing the gorgeous beauty of sunset I'm quiet get addicted to it, and I used to give my daily time towards it.

Sunsets have a way of bringing me peace. To just sit and watch the sun sink down and watch the sky turn colors is more like an art to me.

Many times when I have felt like my eyes are filled with worries about life, I try to watch a sunset and suddenly my mood changes and all the worries were gone away for while. It’s a proven mood booster, according to studies.😉

I can just watch the sunset in awe as it unfolds. It’s all those beautiful colours like orange, red, yellow, brown and sometimes shades of blue and purple all mixed that look like a gorgeous canvas in the sky.

The sky is a beautiful canvas, and each day it paints a new portrait. An art that develops each day. It’s the same with life. We have to draw our life canvas. We have to learn each day to grow and evolve. We die as soon as we cease to learn, to reexamine our beliefs based on the stimuli we pick up from our environment, to enrich ourselves through the encounter with “otherness” — in short, to grow.

The sunset teaches a lot to me. We can learn plenty of good things through it. I still remember my evening spent at juhu beach , Mumbai, last year. The experience was very thrilling and beautiful. I never saw a sunset before as like that of juhu beach till the date. The sunsets are glorious everywhere as you see it, but the best are only around the coastal lines.

When I look at the sky and the sunset, it reminds me of the way we should also look at life. Apply the ‘principle of expansion’ or growth to our own life experiences.

There can be no sunrise without a sunset and in that sense one does not exist without the other. Similar to that, there can be no joys without sorrow in our lives. When one door is closed, another one opens for us. We have to find our path and keep walking and experience everything that life throws at us.

A beautiful shot @Shirpur.

When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit.” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

Similar to that is life. We cannot control every experience. We can only expand our horizon and learn from each experience. That’s when our lives can become enriching.

Life is like a pendulum. When things go down, they will swing back up. Always look to the bright side of life and try and see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The sunset evokes emotions of tranquility and gives my curious mind a new path to explore and teaches me to live in the moment.

When we live in the moment we let go of our inner chaos that stops us from expanding our mind and thinking beyond our problems.

Sunsets bring that sense of inner peace that we are all seeking.

When was the last time you let your eyes wander at the changing palette of the skies when the sun sets?

MY COLLEGE JOURNEY

MY COLLEGE JOURNEY As I look back on the years gone by, I can’t be thankful enough for them. Professionally and personally, those are the best years I’ve had. Those college years (2016-2020) gaves me a lots of experiences, a lot of memories, a lots of life lessons, and so on. What did you learnt in those years? Can you describe it in one word? For me it is “GRATITUDE”. I discovered that having a deep sense of gratitude for all that you have in a life is a source of profound happiness. As I started my college for the first time in the month of August 2016. I was quiet afraid as I do not want to go the B.Pharm Degree course. But due to the some reasons I took a decision to go to the bachelors of pharmacy degree. From the very first day of my college admission to the till date the my journey of college was very interesting and distinct. On the 8th of July 2016 I took admission to the KVPS Institute of Pharmaceutic...

Journey of Master's: Lessons and Reflections

“Lao Tzu”, once rightly said, “The Journey of Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step”   Today I’m at the stage of finishing my master's and heading towards a new phase of my life. I still remember the days when I’m in dilemma about choosing the next path of my career after my bachelor's. As my bachelor degree was nearing the finish, I was quite firm about doing my master as on a distance basis from the same institute. But due to the importunity of family members, I opted to go for the regular mode. I still remember the day when (30/1/2021) when I confirm my admission to the college and started my master’s college on regular basis from 5/2/2021 onwards.  Initially, the college was supposed to be on online mode due to the upsurge in COVID-19 cases. Up to June 2021, things are getting normal back. Due to COVID-19, the exam for the first two semesters of the first year was held in online mode (Sessional exams were offline mostly). As already our year has started quite late due t...

2025: A Year in a Nutshell

The time has come to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026. This is the right time to look back at the year, think about what happened, and prepare for what is coming next. For the last two years, I have built a habit of reviewing my year and learning from it. This moment helps to remember what I did, what I missed, and what I still want to do. I truly believe this is the time to learn from the past and get ready for the future. Reflection is not only about success. It is also about emotions, mistakes, lessons, strength, and growth. So it is important to pause, think, and move ahead with better understanding. Like always, 2025 passed very fast. It feels like it just started and now it is ending. Every year teaches something. Sometimes it feels light and happy. Sometimes it feels heavy and difficult. But every year shapes us in some way. At the beginning of 2025, I had many resolutions. Some I completed, some I could not. That is completely fine. Life does not always follow our plans. Wh...
