THE DALAI LAMA- THE ART OF HAPPINES. I still remember the day when I became fan of Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso). It was 15 July 2018, when I was scrolled down my Instagram account I suddenly came across by reading one of the best quote I’ve ever read which was- “ Our prime purpose in this life is to help others and if you can’t help them. At least don’t hurt them- Dalai Lama. ” This quote shape my way of thinking from that day. When first I saw this quote, I took immediate screenshot of it and think about it. After that I click on that particular account and start scrolled it further and I found several quotes, quoted by the same person on that page. The each quote on that page was a masterpiece in itself, and the name below each quote was same which was Dalai Lama.
