THE DALAI LAMA- THE ART OF HAPPINES

THE DALAI LAMA- THE ART OF HAPPINES.

I still remember the day when I became fan of Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso). It was 15 July 2018, when I was scrolled down my Instagram account I suddenly came across by reading one of the best quote I’ve ever read which was-

Our prime purpose in this life is to help others and if you can’t help them. At least don’t hurt them- Dalai Lama.

This quote shape my way of thinking from that day. When first I saw this quote, I took immediate screenshot of it and think about it. After that I click on that particular account and start scrolled it further and I found several quotes, quoted by the same person on that page. The each quote on that page was a masterpiece in itself, and the name below each quote was same which was Dalai Lama. After reading quotes by the same person I think about him (Dalai Lama).

I was greatly admire by him. I googled his name and learn several things about him and then he makes huge impact on me. From that day the more I saw his quotes and readings, the more I was taken in by awe, wonder and sheer joy.

Thus, what began as an earnest admiration soon turned into the an inexplicable obsession. His wallpapers with quotes started to adorn my computer, his posters were plastered all over my room.
His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama,
(Tenzin Gyasto) describes himself as a simple Buddhist monk. He is spiritual leader of Tibet.

The Dalai Lama is a revolutionary because of the peace and love spread along his journey towards a Tibet free China’s communist grasp. He fights his battles with words giving speeches around the world while sharing message of harmony and compassion. The Dalai Lama fights a fierce battle with china,
(without weapons and without hate).

He does not believe in violence would help anything. Dalai Lama is now known all over the globe for being a messenger of peace and love. The real name of Dalai Lama is Tenzin Gyatso.

The meaning of Dalai Lama is Symbol of Wisdom.

There are several things which I had learnt and still learn from Dalai Lama. The way he change the perspective of looking at world with love and peace changes the things around globe. In the world of full of violence and aggression his lessons of love and peace changes the things. He make huge impact on me.

I’ve learn a lot of things from Dalai Lama which are innumerable to discuss.
The one good quote from one right person can added so much to my life and I’m blessed for that.

The another thing which I learn from his readings is that -

“Not all the battles are fought for the “Victory” some are fought to tell the world that someone was there on the Battle-Filed.

The 14th Dalai Lama is a winner of several awards which includes the Nobel Prize for Peace.

I’m happy that I’m bound by the person who’s thoughts put an immense impact on my life. He taught me several things. I’m truly blissful for such a gem person.
He is one of my inspiration among others.

A very happy birthday to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama!

Love.
-Gaurav

MY COLLEGE JOURNEY

MY COLLEGE JOURNEY As I look back on the years gone by, I can’t be thankful enough for them. Professionally and personally, those are the best years I’ve had. Those college years (2016-2020) gaves me a lots of experiences, a lot of memories, a lots of life lessons, and so on. What did you learnt in those years? Can you describe it in one word? For me it is “GRATITUDE”. I discovered that having a deep sense of gratitude for all that you have in a life is a source of profound happiness. As I started my college for the first time in the month of August 2016. I was quiet afraid as I do not want to go the B.Pharm Degree course. But due to the some reasons I took a decision to go to the bachelors of pharmacy degree. From the very first day of my college admission to the till date the my journey of college was very interesting and distinct. On the 8th of July 2016 I took admission to the KVPS Institute of Pharmaceutic...

Journey of Master's: Lessons and Reflections

“Lao Tzu”, once rightly said, “The Journey of Thousand Miles Begins With a Single Step”   Today I’m at the stage of finishing my master's and heading towards a new phase of my life. I still remember the days when I’m in dilemma about choosing the next path of my career after my bachelor's. As my bachelor degree was nearing the finish, I was quite firm about doing my master as on a distance basis from the same institute. But due to the importunity of family members, I opted to go for the regular mode. I still remember the day when (30/1/2021) when I confirm my admission to the college and started my master’s college on regular basis from 5/2/2021 onwards.  Initially, the college was supposed to be on online mode due to the upsurge in COVID-19 cases. Up to June 2021, things are getting normal back. Due to COVID-19, the exam for the first two semesters of the first year was held in online mode (Sessional exams were offline mostly). As already our year has started quite late due t...

2025: A Year in a Nutshell

The time has come to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026. This is the right time to look back at the year, think about what happened, and prepare for what is coming next. For the last two years, I have built a habit of reviewing my year and learning from it. This moment helps to remember what I did, what I missed, and what I still want to do. I truly believe this is the time to learn from the past and get ready for the future. Reflection is not only about success. It is also about emotions, mistakes, lessons, strength, and growth. So it is important to pause, think, and move ahead with better understanding. Like always, 2025 passed very fast. It feels like it just started and now it is ending. Every year teaches something. Sometimes it feels light and happy. Sometimes it feels heavy and difficult. But every year shapes us in some way. At the beginning of 2025, I had many resolutions. Some I completed, some I could not. That is completely fine. Life does not always follow our plans. Wh...
